Premier Inn Nottingham North, Arnold

The hotel offered updated Hypos beds with new furniture, which made the rooms very clean. However, the rooms were too hot for my liking. The service was friendly and welcoming. The location, though outside the city center, was reasonably priced with easy access to local amenities and a free parking facility. On the downside, being next to the staff utility room made it noisy at times. The dining experience was a fiasco with no cold or hot drinks, plates, poorly cooked eggs, and rude service, which warranted a drop in stars. Despite this, the traditional dishes were decent. The facilities were lacking, and the experience was very disappointing overall.
